摘要
由于历史与社会环境因素的影响,职业教育院校教职工群体存在较强的心理冲突,不利于职教群体形成健康稳定的共同体关系。实际上,外部环境以及职教圈层羞耻与学习性自我构建以及科研性自我构建显著相关,职教身份认同与学习性自我构建不相关。外部环境正向影响学习性自我构建以及科研性自我构建,而职教圈层羞耻负向影响学习性自我构建以及科研性自我构建,职教身份认同对科研性自我构建路径不显著。因此,要积极营造以学习为目的的外部环境实现对职教共同体的正向影响。
Due to the influence of social and environmental factors,the teaching staff in vocational education institutions experience significant psychological conflicts,which hinders the formation of a healthy and stable community among vocational education professionals.In fact,the external environment and the stigma within the vocational education community are significantly correlated with the development of a learning-oriented self-construction and a research-oriented self-construction,while vocational identity is unrelated to the development of a learning-oriented self-construction.The external environment positively influences the development of a learning-oriented self-construction and a research-oriented self-construction,while the stigma within the vocational education community negatively impacts the development of a learning-oriented self-construction and a research-oriented self-construction.Vocational identity is not significantly related to the pathway of research-oriented self-construction.Therefore,it is necessary to actively create an external environment focused on learning to achieve a positive impact on the vocational education community.
