基于集束化策略的护理干预在肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用及其对疼痛及PSQI评分的影响

Application of nursing intervention based on cluster strategy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy and its effect on pain and PSQI score

目的:分析基于集束化策略的护理干预在肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用及对疼痛及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分的影响。方法:以2021年1月—2021年9月本院收治的40例肝癌介入治疗患者作对照组,予以常规护理;以2021年10月—2022年6月本院收治的40例肝癌介入治疗患者作观察组,予以基于集束化策略的护理干预,对比两组的疼痛状况、自我接纳程度、睡眠质量、生存质量、安全性及满意度。结果:介入术后3、6、12 h,观察组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的自我接纳量表(SAQ)评分为(47.68±8.40)分,高于对照组的(43.86±8.23)分(P<0.05);观察组患者的PSQI评分为(6.13±1.49)分,低于对照组的(8.26±2.01)分(P<0.05);观察组患者的肝癌患者生存质量测定量表2.0版(QOL-LC V 2.0)评分为(126.17±18.35)分,高于对照组的(117.01±19.07)分(P<0.05);观察组中不良反应的发生率是5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度评分是(93.56±5.17)分,高于对照组的(87.26±6.20)分(P<0.05)。结论:基于集束化策略的护理干预在肝癌介入治疗患者中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能缓解患者疼痛,提高其自我接纳程度,而且能促进患者的睡眠质量及生存质量进一步提高,并且提高其治疗安全性与满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application of nursing intervention based on cluster strategy in patients with liver cancer interventional therapy and its influence on pain and PSQI score.Methods:40 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2021 were allocated into control group and were given routine nursing.40 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected into observation group,and nursing intervention based on cluster strategy was given.The pain status,self-acceptance,sleep quality and quality of life,safety and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the VAS score were lower than those of control group at 3 h,6 h and 12 h after intervention(P<0.05).After nursing,in the observation group,the SAQ score was(47.68±8.40)points,which was higher than(43.86±8.23)points of control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the PSQI score was(6.13±1.49)points,which was lower than(8.26±2.01)points of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the QOL-LC V 2.0 score was(126.17±18.35)points,which was higher than(117.01±19.07)points of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was(93.56±5.17)points,which was higher than(87.26±6.20)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention based on cluster strategy in patients with liver cancer interventional therapy can achieve significant results,which can not only relieve the pain degree of patients,improve their degree of self-acceptance,but also promote the further improvement of patients'sleep quality and quality of life,as well as improve their treatment safety and satisfaction.
