食管胃结合部腺癌的研究现状

Current status of research on adenocarcinoma of gastroesophageal junction

近年来,食管胃结合部腺癌(AGJ)的发病率逐年上升,备受关注。针对AGJ诊疗的难点问题,目前有更多临床研究和技术创新去逐步深入完善和解决。本文对基于AGJ的分型、分期、淋巴结引流特点和清扫范围、影像诊断、治疗方式的研究现状进行综述,以提高临床医生对其的认识和诊治水平。

In recent years,the incidence of adenocarcinoma of gastroesophageal junction(AGJ)has been increasing year by year and has attracted much attention.For the difficult problems of AGJ diagnosis and treatment,there are more clinical studies and technical innovations to gradually improve and solve them in depth.In this paper,we review the current status of research based on the classification,staging,lymph node drainage characteristics and clearance range,imaging diagnosis and treatment modalities of AGJ to improve clinicians'understanding and treatment.
