海水脱硫塔在船舶废气处理中的应用

Application of Desulphurization Tower with Seawater in Marine Exhaust Gas Treatment

摘要 采用自主开发的复合法船舶废气脱硫系统,结合MAN 6S35ME-B型柴油机搭建试验台架,开展海水填料脱硫塔试验,并建立海水喷淋量的理论计算方法,分别拟合等效硫含量达到0.1%m/m和0.5%m/m时柴油机功率和喷淋量关系曲线。研究结果表明:海水喷淋量的理论值和试验值偏差小于8%;增大海水喷淋量和填料层高度可有效提高脱硫效率,可达到等效硫含量0.1%m/m的标准;填料层压降随喷淋量的增大而增加;塔体压降随着柴油机功率的增大而增加。 A hybrid marine exhaust gas desulfurization system is independently developed,and an experimental shop test platform based on MAN 6S35ME-B diesel engine is built to study the desulfurization performance of packed tower with seawater.The theoretical calculation method of seawater quantity is established.The results show that the deviation of seawater quantity between the theoretical and experimental values is less than 8%.In the meanwhile,the relation curves of diesel engine power and seawater quantity are fitted respectively to meet the standard of equivalent sulfur content of 0.1%m/m and 0.5%m/m.Increasing seawater quantity and height of packing layer can effectively improve the desulfurization efficiency which can also meet the standard of equivalent sulfur content of 0.1%m/m.The pressure drop of packing layer is increased with the increase of seawater quantity.The pressure drop of tower is increased with the increase of diesel engine power.
