摘要
为解决舰船装备保障要求高与备件资源存储空间有限的矛盾,提出一种基于禁忌搜索算法的随舰备件优化配置方法。采用多智能体技术建立装备维修保障工作流程的仿真运行模型,通过仿真计算备件的满足率和利用率,评估给定配置方案下的保障效能,并得到一组可行的初始方案;在此基础上,以规定的备件满足率为约束条件,以备件携带数量为优化目标,结合多智能体评估模型和禁忌搜索算法对备件配置方案进行优化求解。以舰炮装备为例对该优化配置方法的有效性进行验证,结果表明所提方法具有较强的有效性和优越性,可供随舰备件配置方案的设计参考。
In order to solve the contradiction between high support requirement of ship equipment and limited storage space,an optimal configuration method of shipboard spare parts based on tabu search is proposed.Based on the multi-agent technology,a simulation model of the maintenance and support workflow of the equipment is established to evaluate its support effectiveness and calculate the spare parts utilization rate and satisfaction rate,and a set of feasible initial schemes is obtained.On this basis,the spare parts configuration scheme was optimally solved with a specified spare parts satisfaction rate as the constraint and the number of spare parts carried as the optimization objective,combined with multi-agent evaluation model and tabu search.The validation analysis is carried out on the example of naval gun equipment,proving the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method,which can provide an effective reference for the design of shipboard spare parts configuration scheme.
