隔水导管支撑井口平台关键技术

摘要 为经济有效地开发边际油田,提出一种利用隔水导管及表层套管组成的复合结构进行承载的新型简易平台形式。以渤海某边际油田开发为例,从灌浆连接强度、复合桩竖向承载力、复合桩变截面对p-y、t-z、Q-Z曲线的影响以及简易平台钻井工况等4方面重点分析隔水导管支撑井口平台与常规导管架结构设计的不同之处;结合规范对传统设计内容和方法进行补充和改进。结果表明:灌浆连接强度、隔水导管复合桩竖向承载力和钻井工况均可满足规范要求,且在常规隔水导管入泥深度范围内变截面对土壤曲线的影响较小。以上分析为隔水导管支撑井口平台设计提供了新的思路和参考。 In order to develop the marginal oil fields economically and effectively,a new type of simple platform is proposed,which is carried by the composite structure composed of conductor and surface casing.A marginal oilfield in Bohai Sea is taken as an example of development,the differences between the structural design of the wellhead platform supported by the conductor and the conventional jacket are emphatically analyzed from four aspects:the grouting connection strength,the vertical bearing capacity of composite pile,the influence on p-y,t-z and Q-Z curves caused by the variable section of composite pile and the drilling condition of simple platform.The traditional design contents and methods are supplemented and improved in combination with the code.The results show that the grouting connection strength,the vertical bearing capacity of the conductor composite pile and the drilling condition can meet the requirements of the code,and the variable section has little influence on the soil curve within the mud depth of the conventional conductor.The above analysis provides a new idea and reference for the design of wellhead platform supported by the conductor.
