延边黄牛保种工作现状、存在问题与对策

Present Situation,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Yanbian Yellow Cattle Breed Conservation

延边黄牛是独具特色的肉牛种质资源,具备肌内脂肪沉积突出、肉质细嫩多汁、味道鲜美等特征,是延边州的重点产业,在全国乡村振兴中发挥了重要作用。笔者从实际出发,介绍延边黄牛保种工作现状,提出了存在问题、可能面临的诸多挑战及相应对策,期望为延边黄牛保种工作提供借鉴。

Yanbian yellow cattle are a unique beef cattle germplasm resource with excellent characteristics such as prominent intramuscular fat deposition,tender and juicy meat,and delicious taste.It is a key industry of Yanbian prefecture,and has played an important role in the national rural revitalization.In this paper,we introduced the current situation of breed conservation of Yanbian yellow cattle from the practical perspective,and discussed the existing problems,potential challenges and corresponding countermeasures,hoping to provide reference for breed conversation of Yanbian yellow cattle.
