粮食产区发展肉牛养殖是循环农业的重要实践,采取工厂式集约化发展方式或依托农户家庭养殖方式是摆在管理者面前的重要选择,结合吉林省“秸秆变肉”工程实践深入剖析了这一问题。研究认为,粮食产区大力发展农户肉牛养殖是充分利用农牧业废弃物资源、促进乡村振兴、构建生态文明的重要路径。鉴于农户家庭肉牛养殖存在的问题,未来应该在标准化圈舍建设、现代技术应用、龙头企业带动等方面进行强化与支持,使之既能够充分利用自身优势又能够顺利对接大市场,成为粮食产区循环经济发展的重要力量。

The development of beef cattle farming in grain producing areas is an important practice of circular agriculture.The choice between adopting factory-style intensive development or relying on farmers'household farming methods is an important choice for managers.This issue was deeply analyzed based on the practical experience of the Jilin Province Straw-Meat Project.Research suggested that vigorously developing beef cattle farming among farmer households in grain-producing areas is an important pathway to fully utilize agricultural and livestock waste resources,promote rural revitalization,and build an ecological civilization.Given the existing problems in beef cattle farming among farmer households,future efforts should be made to strengthen and support standardized housing construction,modern technology application,and leading enterprises'driving roles,so that farmers can fully utilize their own advantages and smoothly connect with the larger market,thus becoming a significant force in the development of circular economy in grain producing areas.
