突破性/渐进性创造力影响因素的差异:基于系统性文献综述及元分析方法

Differences in Influencing Factors of Radical and Incremental Creativity:Based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses

随着创造力被细分为突破性创造力和渐进性创造力,二者的影响因素成为国内外创新管理领域研究的热点。但是,该领域当前缺乏突破性/渐进性创造力影响因素差异的综述研究,无法系统厘清二者的影响因素在整体上具有何种差异。为了系统识别并明确突破性/渐进性创造力影响因素的差异,本研究首先对二者影响因素相关文献进行检索、筛选与编码;其次采用系统性文献综述方法,分析组织、团队和个体三个层面因素对两种类型创造力产生影响的差异;最后对41项研究45个独立样本中的172个效应值进行元分析,将突破性创造力和渐进性创造力影响因素元分析结果进行对比,并试图解释其中存在差异的原因,最终提出未来研究方向,以期为后续研究提供有益借鉴。

As the construct of creativity is subdivided into radical creativity and incremental creativity,their influencing factors have captured a growing body of attention in the field of innovation management.However,there is still a lack of a review study on the differences in the influencing factors of radical and incremental creativity.To systematically identify and clarify the differences in influencing factors of the two types of creativity,this study firstly searches,selects,and codes relevant literature.Secondly,this study adopts a systematic literature review method to analyze the differences in the influence of organization-level,team-level,and individual-level factors on the two types of creativity.Thirdly,this study employs the meta-analysis method to analyze 172 effect sizes from 45 independent samples in 41 studies,thereby comparing the meta-analysis results of different influencing factors of radical/incremental creativity and explaining the reasons for the differences.According to the research findings,we put forward research direction and instructive reference for future research.
