兰花辟瘟喷剂空气消毒效果应用

摘要 目的 观察兰花辟瘟喷剂对室内空气的消毒效果。方法 将兰花辟瘟喷剂运用超声雾化器进行空气消毒现场试验,采用平板沉降法采集空气中的细菌,比较不同剂量的兰花辟瘟喷剂消毒前后空气细菌菌落总数;比较兰花辟瘟喷剂和2%过氧乙酸消毒前后空气细菌菌落总数;比较兰花辟瘟喷剂和无菌蒸馏水在正常人流量下消毒前后空气细菌菌落总数,并调查在场人员对消毒气味的接受度以及气道反应耐受度调查。结果 兰花辟瘟喷剂消毒后1、2 h空气中细菌菌落总数减少最明显,与其他时间段比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),符合Ⅱ类环境标准,但其低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);兰花辟瘟喷剂组与2%过氧乙酸组在消毒后1、2和4 h空气细菌菌落总数两组间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);兰花辟瘟喷剂组在正常人流下消毒后1、2和4 h空气细菌落总数均低于无菌蒸馏水组(P均<0.05),且消毒后1、2 h空气细菌菌落总数符合Ⅱ类环境标准,对在场人员进行调查,其消毒气味的接受度为94.29%,气道反应耐受度为98.57%。结论 兰花辟瘟喷剂是一种成本低、药效高、安全性高,可在正常人流量下即时应用的绿色环保的空气消毒剂。 Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of Eupatorium plague prevention spray on indoor air.Methods Ultrasonic atomizer was used to carry out air disinfection field test of eupatorium plague prevention spray.The bacteria in the air were collected by plate sedimentation method,and the total number of bacterial colonies in the air before and after disinfection with different doses of eupatorium plague prevention spray were compared.The total numbers of bacterial colonies in the air before and after eupatorium plague prevention spray and 2%peracetic acid disinfection were compared.The total number of bacterial colonies in the air were compared between e upatorium plague prevention spray and sterile distilled water before and after disinfection under normal flow,and the odor acceptability and airway tolerance of disinfection were investigated.Results The bacterial colonies in the air of eupatorium plague prevention spray decreased most obviously at 1 h and 2 h after disinfection,which were significantly different from other periods(P all<0.05),which were in line with class two environmental standards.However,there was no statistical difference among the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups(P all<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the number of bacterial colonies in the air at 1 h,2 h or 4 h after disinfection between the group of eupatorium plague prevention spray and the group of 2%peracetic acid(P all>0.05).The number of bacterial colonies in the air of the eupatorium plague prevention spray group was lower than that of the sterile distilled water group at 1 h,2 h and 4 h after disinfection(P all<0.05)and the total numbers of bacterial colonies in the air at 1 h and 2 h after disinfection were in line with class two environmental standards.The acceptability of the disinfection odor was 94.29%.The tolerance of airway reaction was 98.57%.Conclusion Eupatorium plague prevention spray is a low-cost,highly effective,and safe air disinfectant that can be immediately applied under normal flow and is environmental friendly.
