制备的低能量密度炸药采用组分简单、稳定性好的精制工业食盐作为密度调节剂,粉状乳化炸药作为基础药粉,以空气作为连续相载体介质,流动的空气携带基础药粉与密度调节剂按一定质量比例进行涡流混合,经旋风分离制得。经检测,炸药组分分散均匀,安全性高,性能稳定,具有低爆速、低猛度、低做功能力爆炸的特点,可达到规模化量产,符合专用光面爆破和预裂爆破作业要求。

The low energy density explosive takes the refined industrial salt with simple composition and good stability as the density regulator,takes powdery emulsion explosive as the basic powder,and takes air as the continuous phase carrier medium.The flowing air carries basic powders and density regulators for eddy current mixing according to a certain mass ratio.Therefore,a new type of industry explosive are prepared by cyclones.After test,the results show that the prepared explosive has uniform dispersion of components,high safety and stable performance,low detonation velocity,low brisance and low work capacity.It can achieve large-scale mass production and meet requirements of special smooth blasting and pre-splitting blasting operations.
