二氧化碳爆破效果及振动分析

摘要 基于露天矿山开采工程开展二氧化碳爆破实验,探究二氧化碳爆破效果,并且对实验进行爆破振动监测,分析振动能量,研究二氧化碳爆破对周围环境的影响。运用希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)对爆破振动数据进行分析,探究二氧化碳爆破产生的振动信号的频谱特征。结果表明:二氧化碳爆破振动能量主要分布于0~100 Hz频带,且主频为0~60 Hz;本文条件下的二氧化碳爆破振动幅值在允许范围内,对工程建设和周边房屋均不会造成影响。 Carbon dioxide blasting experiment is carried out based on open-pit mining engineering to explore the effect of carbon dioxide blasting.Blasting vibration monitoring is carried out to analyze vibration energy and the impact of carbon dioxide blasting on the surrounding environment is investigated.The Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT)is used to analyze the blasting vibration data and explore the spectrum characteristics of vibration signals generated by carbon dioxide blasting.The results show the carbon dioxide blasting vibration energy is mainly distributed in the frequency range of 0-100 Hz,and the main frequency is 0-60 Hz.The vibration of carbon dioxide blasting will not affect the engineering constructions and surrounding buildings under the condition of this paper and the magnitude of the blasting is within the permissible range.
