1000 MW对冲燃烧锅炉SCR脱硝系统喷氨优化调整

摘要 针对某1000 MW燃煤机组SCR脱硝装置存在出口NO_(x)质量浓度及烟气流速偏差大、氨逃逸高的问题,采用摸底诊断、优化调整、效果验证方法开展喷氨优化试验,通过喷氨优化调整,A、B两侧脱硝反应器出口NO_(x)浓度均匀性得到明显改善。 Aiming at the problems of large deviation of NO_(x) mass concentration and flue gas velocity at the outlet of SCR denitration unit of A 1000 MW coal-fired unit and high ammonia escape,the optimization test of ammonia injection was carried out by using the methods of bottom diagnosis,optimization adjustment and effect verification.Through the optimization adjustment of ammonia injection,the uniformity of NO_(x) concentration at the outlet of denitration reactor on both sides of A and B was significantly improved.
