湿法脱硫氧化风管道频繁断裂分析及解决措施

摘要 对脱硫石膏品质变差的问题进行研究,通过检测发现CaSO_(3)·1/2 H_(2)O含量超标,找到了造成该问题的原因,即浆液的氧化不充分。根据脱硫化学反应式,计算理论空气量,排除了氧化风量不足这一原因。经检修期间对脱硫塔内氧化风管的检查,发现氧化风管断裂是造成氧化风分布不均从而导致石膏变差的根源。对氧化风管的固定结构进行改造,合理利用管箍结构,并充分考虑风管热态膨胀,利用聚四氟乙烯垫片降低滑动摩擦力,并避免了玻璃鳞片结构的滑动损伤,从根本上解决了氧化风管频繁断裂的问题。 The problem of poor quality of desulfurized gypsum is focused on,through the detection of CaSO_(3)·1/2 H_(2)O,the content of exceeds the standard,and the cause of the problem is found to be insufficient oxidation of the slurry.According to the desulfurization chemical reaction formula,calculate the theoretical air volume,and eliminate the reason of insufficient oxidation air volume.Through the inspection of the oxidation air duct in the desulfurization tower during the maintenance,it was found that the fracture of the oxidation air duct was the root cause of the uneven distribution of the oxidation air and the deterioration of the gypsum.The fixed structure of the oxidation air duct is reformed,the hoop structure is reasonably used,the thermal expansion of the air duct is fully considered,the sliding friction is reduced by using the PTFE gasket,and the sliding damage of the glass flake structure is avoided,and the problem of frequent fracture of the oxidation air duct is fundamentally solved.
