某型船用电机振动试验系统设计与研究

摘要 振动噪声的有效控制长期以来是电机性能优化设计的一个重要方向,基于船用电机用途与工作环境的特殊性(国防军工应用中的“刚性”需求),其对“降噪”、“减振”工作有着更高的要求。振动噪声控制措施与研究方法、手段也在不断更新迭代中,现阶段在该领域主要以试验验证方法为主,振动数值仿真为辅助,现将对某型船用电机振动试验验证系统进行设计与研究,为后续动力学模型修改(SDM)提供借鉴与依据。 The effective control of vibration and noise has been an important direction of optimization design of motor performance for a long time.Based on the particularity of marine motor in aspects of use and working environment("rigid"demands in national defense and military applications),it has higher requirements for"noise reduction"and"vibration reduction"works.The control measures as well as the research methods and means on vibration and noise are also constantly updated and iterated.At present,the main method in this field is the test and verification,and the assisted method is the numerical simulation of the vibration value.This paper will carries out the design and study for the vibration test and verification system of a certain type of marine motor,which will provide the reference and basis for the modification of subsequent dynamic model(SDM).
