摘要
高转速电机在工业领域范围极广,伴随着对高品质能源的需求,使得电机设计的要求与标准日益提高,如高转速、高功率密度、高效性等。旋转部件最为电机运行以及能量转换的核心载体,其强度、可靠性设计是异步电机完成功能特性与性能指标的关键因素,现着眼于电机高功率密度设计,对某型高转速电机旋转部件的强度进行分析、计算、校核,以达到保证高功率密度电机可靠性、安全性以及整机性能的要求。
The high-speed motors are very widely used in the industrial field.With the large demands for high-quality energy,the design requirements and standards of motors are increasing,such as high speed,high power density and high efficiency.As the core carrier of operation and energy conversion of the motors,the rotating part′s strength and reliability designs are the key factors to complete the functional characteristics and performance indicators of induction motors.Focusing on the high power density design of motors,this paper analyzes,calculates and checks the strength of rotating parts of a certain type of high-speed motor,so as to achieve the requirements of ensuring the reliability,safety and total performance of high-power density motor.
