Research of Science and Technology Innovation System in China:Evolution,Hotspots and Trend

摘要 [目的/意义]当前,我国科技实力正在从量的积累迈向质的飞跃、从点的突破迈向系统能力整体提升阶段,加强科技创新体系相关研究,对于我国实现高水平科技自立自强将起到现实指导意义。[方法/过程]采用文本计量等分析方法,运用Python、VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化分析软件,对科技创新体系研究领域的高产作者及机构、核心文献、研究热点与趋势展开相关分析。[结果/结论](1)研究产出呈现稳步增长-稍有回落-持续上升的趋势。(2)研究热点聚焦三个方向,一是围绕科技创新体系的基础理论研究;二是围绕国家层面的科技创新体系整体布局及效能研究,如知识创新体系、技术创新体系、区域创新体系等;三是聚焦某领域的科技创新体系现状、问题及对策研究,如农业科技创新体系、军民融合科技创新体系、高校科技创新体系等。(3)创新驱动、协同创新、高质量发展和人工智能等将是科技创新体系当前和未来一段时期的主要研究热点。 [Objective/Significance]At present,China's scientific and technological strength is moving from quantitative accumulation to qualitative leap,and from point breakthrough to overall improvement of system ability.Strengthening the research on science and technology innovation system will play a practical guiding significance for China to realize self-reliance in high level science and technology.[Method/Process]By using text metrology analysis methods and visual analysis software such as Python,VOSviewer and CiteSpace,this paper analyzed the prolific authors and institutions,core literature,hot topics and trends in the field of science and technology innovation system research.[Results/Conclusions](1)The number of publications presents a trend of steady increase,with a slight decline,and a continuous increase.(2)Research hotspots focus on three directions:basic theoretical research around the science and technology innovation system;research on the overall layout and effectiveness of science and technology innovation system at the national level,such as knowledge innovation system,technology innovation system,regional innovation system,etc;focus on the current situation,problems and countermeasures of the science and technology innovation system in a certain field,such as the agricultural science and technology innovation system,the military civilian integration science and technology innovation system,and the university science and technology innovation system.(3)Innovationdriven,collaborative innovation,high-quality development and artificial intelligence will be the main research hotspots of science and technology innovation system at present and in the future.
