江西省商标权质押融资情况系统性分析

Systematic analysis of Jiangxi trademark pledge financing

文章根据国家知识产权公布的历年商标质押登记信息表所提供的数据,采用爬虫技术从江西省商标质押企业的特征、区域、行业等多个方面进行分析。研究发现,中小微企业是江西省商标权质押的主体,完全符合商标权质押政策导向。其中,南昌、景德镇、上饶和宜春四地是商标权质押重地。在行业分布上,主要集中在制造业和批发零售业。总体上,江西省商标权质押发展态势良好。但与发达地区相比,仍存在较大的差距。

Based on the data provided by the trademark pledge registration information tables published by the state intellectual prop-erty rights,this paper uses crawler technology to analyze the characteristics,regions and industries of trademark pledge enterprises in Jian-gxi Province.The subject of trademark right pledge is fully in line with the policy orientation of trademark right pledge.Among them,Nan-chang,Jingdezhen,Shangrao and Yichun are important places for pledge of trademark rights.In terms of industry distribution,they are main-ly concentrated in manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries.In general,the development trend of trademark rights pledge in Jiangxi Province is good.However,compared with developed regions,there is still a big gap.
