摘要
当前景区发展面临着景区附加值不高等问题,文旅融合能优化旅游产品供给,提升游客满意度水平。文章以佛山3A以上旅游景区为研究对象,采用网络文本分析和问卷调查的方法,基于ACSI满意度模型,结合文旅融合路径构建研究框架。研究发现,佛山旅游景区存在新型景区资源融合度低、文创产品和特色旅游购品的开发比较薄弱、景区智慧化建设缺失的问题,并从资源融合、市场融合、功能融合三方面提出旅游景区游客满意度的提升对策。文章对佛山旅游景区转型发展和经济高质量发展具有一定参考价值。
At present,the development of scenic spots is faced with the problem of low added value of scenic spots.The integration of culture and tourism can improve the creative income of scenic spots.In this context,this paper takes Foshan's 3A or above tourist attrac-tions as the research object,adopts the method of network analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate tourist satisfaction,builds the re-search framework based on the ACSI satisfaction model and combines the path of cultural and tourism integration.It is found that there are some problems in Foshan tourist attractions,such as low resource integration of new scenic spots,weak development of cultural and creative products and characteristic tourist purchases,and lack of intelligent construction of scenic spots.This study provides reference value for the transformation development and high-quality economic development of Foshan tourist attractions.
