黄河流域绿色金融与经济高质量发展耦合协调研究

Study on the Coupling and Coordination of Green Finance and High Quality Economic Development in the Yellow River Basin

绿色金融与经济高质量发展相互促进、相互影响,二者耦合协调发展是黄河流域经济高质量发展前提与基础。基于2010—2019年黄河流域沿线9省份的面板数据,采用熵值法和耦合模型,测算绿色金融与经济高质量发展的耦合度并对其进行时空分异特征分析。研究发现:(1)绿色金融与经济高质量发展两者之间能够有效发挥协同作用。(2)黄河流域沿线省份绿色金融及经济高质量发展水平整体呈上升趋势,但流域间省份存在发展差异。(3)黄河流域“绿色金融—经济高质量发展”系统耦合度均值实现了由拮抗阶段到磨合阶段的提升,绿色金融与经济高质量发展之间相互促进作用增强。(4)黄河流域“绿色金融—经济高质量发展”系统耦合协调度实现了由低度协调到中度协调的跨越。

Green finance and high quality economic development promote and influence each other,and their coupled and coordinated development is a prerequisite and foundation for high quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin.Based on the panel data of nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2019,the entropy value method and coupling model are used to measure the coupling degree of green finance and high quality economic development and analyze their spatial and temporal divergence characteristics.The study finds that:(1)Green finance and high quality economic development can effectively play a synergistic role.(2)The overall level of green finance and high quality economic development in provinces along the Yellow River Basin is on the rise,but there are differences in development between provinces in the basin.(3)The mean value of the coupling degree of the"green finance-high quality economic development"system in the Yellow River Basin has increased from the antagonistic stage to the friction stage,and the mutual promotion between green finance and quality economic development has been enhanced.(4)The degree of coordination of the coupling of the"green finance-high quality economic development"system in the Yellow River Basin has changed from low to moderate coordination.
