妇产科疾病静脉超声造影临床应用中国专家共识(2023版)

Chinese expert consensus on the clinical application of intravenous contrast enhanced ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology(version 2023)

静脉超声造影(contrast enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)技术在妇产科疾病诊断中应用日趋广泛,但临床对其适应证的选择尚存在困惑,检查的规范性也亟待提高。为此,中国医师协会超声医师分会组织国内该领域超声专家,参考国内外相关指南、文献,并结合国内专家的临床经验,从临床实用角度细化了妇产科超声造影临床应用的适应证及报告书写规范,提出了11条专家建议,采用改良德尔菲法达成中国专家共识,旨在推动CEUS在妇产科疾病中的规范化临床应用。

The contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)technique has been widely applied in the diagnosis of diseases in obstetrics and gynecology.However,there is still confusion about the choice of indication in clinic,and the standardization of examination needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,domestic sonographers in this field were organized to refine the indications and report writing specifications for clinical application of gynecological and obstetric CEUS by Chinese Ultrasound Doctors Association,put forward 11 expert advices according to the clinical practice experience,relevant domestic and foreign guidelines and literatures,and reached consensus among Chinese experts by applying the improved Delphi method,which aims to promote the standardized clinical application of CEUS in gynecological and obstetric diseases.
