摘要
目的:总结和分析Ilizarov技术相关的他引频次最高的30篇中文文献,并初步探讨Ilizarov技术较受关注的研究热点及新兴领域。方法:在中国引文数据库中检索Ilizarov技术相关文献,检索截止日期为2023年6月1日,筛选出他引频次最高的30篇中文文献,使用Microsoft Office Excel 2019软件进行相关统计分析,并采用VOSviewer1.6.19.0软件进行文献可视化分析。结果:30篇高他引文献的他引频次为36~274次,平均每篇66次。发表时间为1994-2020年。《中国矫形外科杂志》发文量最多,共9篇。秦泗河教授发文量最大,共6篇。作者合作网络图谱显示,“秦泗河”节点面积最大,且与之相连的节点种类最多。关键词共现聚类分析图谱显示,研究热点包括Ilizarov技术在糖尿病足、骨缺损、牵张成骨、肢体延长及下肢畸形等方面的应用,最新的研究方向为胫骨横向骨搬移治疗糖尿病足。结论:Ilizarov技术在中国的研究和应用被广泛关注和认可,秦泗河教授在该技术的应用、转化及推广方面的贡献显著。当前国内研究主要聚焦于Ilizarov技术在疾病治疗中的应用,如糖尿病足、骨缺损及肢体畸形等,尤其是胫骨横向骨搬移对糖尿病足的治疗研究处于新兴阶段。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the 30 highly cited Chinese articles related to the Ilizarov technique,and preliminarily explore the research hotspots and emerging fields of Ilizarov technique.Methods:Articles related to the Ilizarov technique were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure citation database until June 1,2023.The top 30 articles with the highest citation rates were selected and Microsoft Office Excel 2019 was used for their statistical analysis and the VOSviewer1.6.19.0 was used for visualized analysis.Results:The citation frequency of these 30 articles ranged from 36 to 274 times,with an average of 66 times per article.The publication dates ranged from 1994 to 2020.The Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics published the most articles,with a total of 9.QIN Sihe published the most articles,with a total of 6.Visualization analysis showed that the"QIN Sihe"node had the largest area and the most types of connected nodes.Keyword visualization analysis showed that research hotspots included the application of Ilizarov technique in the treatment of diabetic foot,bone defects,distraction osteogenesis,limb lengthening and lower limb deformities,and the latest research direction was tibial transverse transport for diabetic foot.Conclusions:The application and research of the Ilizarov technique in China has garnered widespread attention and recognition,in which QIN Sihe makes significant contributions.Current domestic research mainly focuses on its application in treating diseases such as diabetic foot,bone defects,and limb deformities.In particular,the study of tibial transverse bone transport for the treatment of diabetic foot is in its emerging stage.
