急性Lisfranc损伤是足踝创伤中的重要损伤类型,具有一定的误、漏诊率,且一旦延误诊治,可能导致畸形愈合、创伤性关节炎等远期并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。近年来,随着对Lisfranc损伤认识的加深,其整体治疗效果已明显改善,但在分型、影像学检查及手术治疗方面仍存在一定的局限性及争议。因此,本文将探讨急性Lisfranc损伤的诊疗现状及可能的发展趋势,以提高此类损伤的疗效。

The acute Lisfranc injury is constituted of an important injury pattern of foot and ankle trauma with a certain rate of misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis.The delayed or improper treatment may lead to long-term complications of malunion and posttraumatic arthritis,etc,which severely impact the life quality of patients.In recent years,the clinical outcome has been improved obviously with deepening understanding of the Lisfranc injury.However,there still remains limitations and controversies in the classification,radiographic examination and the surgical treatment.Therefore,the authors discuss the current status of diagnosis and treament of acute Lisfranc injury and the trend of development in the future so as to further improve the efficacy.
