新型农业经营主体融资约束纾解机制的演化博弈研究——基于农业供应链金融视角的讨论

Evolutionary Game Research on the Financing Constraint Relief Mechanism of New Agricultural Business Entities:A Discussion Based on the Perspective of Agricultural Supply Chain Finance

新型农业经营主体在促进农业高质量发展、保障国家粮食安全、助力乡村全面振兴等方面发挥着重要作用,但资金不足制约其发展。农业供应链金融能有效解决新型农业经营主体信用不足、缺乏抵押物以及融资双方信息不对称的约束。基于农业供应链金融视角,构建“农业产业化龙头企业—新型农业经营主体—金融机构”三方演化博弈模型,剖析融资参与主体的策略选择及影响因素,并进行策略稳定性分析和案例仿真分析,进而就完善新型农业经营主体融资约束纾解机制提出建议。研究结果表明:农业产业化龙头企业的奖惩机制、协作收益,新型农业经营主体的未来合作收益、未来融资成本、搜寻信息成本以及金融机构面临的考核评估机制是影响融资参与主体的策略选择演化到(担保,不违约,贷款)稳定状态的重要因素。

The new agricultural business entities play an important role in promoting high-quality agricultural development,ensuring national food security,and assisting in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,but their development is constrained by insufficient funds.Agricultural supply chain finance can effectively solve the constraints of insufficient credit,lack of collateral,and information asymmetry between financing parties for new agricultural business entities.Based on the perspective of agricultural supply chain finance,a tripartite evolutionary game model of“leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization-new agricultural operating entities-financial institutions”is constructed to analyze the strategy choices of financing participants and the factors affecting strategy choices.Strategy stability analysis and case simulation analysis are conducted to improve the financing constraint relief mechanism of new agricultural operating entities.The research results indicate that the reward and punishment mechanisms,collaborative benefits,future cooperation benefits,financing costs,information search costs,and assessment mechanisms faced by financial institutions of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are important factors that affect the evolution of financing participants’strategic choices to a stable state (guarantee,no default,loan).
