连铸大包旋转塔驱动减速机失效分析

摘要 介绍了炼钢厂连铸区域大包旋转塔驱动减速齿轮轴重复出现断裂故障,针对这种情况对齿轮轴的强度进行效验,发现危险截面安全系数小于许用安全系数,轴强度不足,并提出增大轴径的改进措施,取得了较好的使用效果。 This paper mainly introduces the repeated failure of the drive reduction gear shaft in the continuous casting area of the steel mill.To solve this problem,the strength of the gear shaft is tested effectively.It is found that the safety factor of the dangerous section is less than the allowable safety factor and the shaft strength is insufficient.Measures to increase the shaft diameter are put forward by the researchers,and good results are obtained.
