摘要
党的二十大报告把“推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”作为区域协调发展的重要内容,就推动高质量发展、促进人与自然和谐共生等提出明确要求,为巴彦淖尔市做好新时代新征程推进文旅产业高质量发展提供了重要遵循、指明了发展方向。以文化带旅游、以旅游促文化,对促进文化与旅游协同发展具有十分重要的意义。巴彦淖尔市文化旅游融合发展尚属起步阶段,存在顶层设计和统筹规划力度不足,文化旅游产业存在文化资源深度挖掘不够、文化与旅游融合度不高,基础设施配套不够完善,文旅融合发展专业人才匮乏等五个方面的问题,同时尝试性地提出针对性地开发巴彦淖尔市文化旅游深度融合发展的建议,以期为黄河流域巴彦淖尔市旅游业高质量发展提供决策依据。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China takes“Promoting the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin”as an important instruction of regional coordinated development,and puts forward detailed requirements for promoting high-quality development and promoting harmonious coexistence between man and nature,providing an important guideline and indicating the development direction for Bayannur Cityin promoting the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry in the new era.It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of culture and tourism to bring tourism and promote culture through tourism.The integrated development of cultural tourism in Bayannur City is still in its infancy.The article points out that the top-level design and overall planning are insufficient.And five problems remain in the cultural tourism industry,including insufficient in-depth exploration of cultural resources,low integration degree of culture and tourism,imperfect infrastructure,and lack of professional talents for the integrated development of culture and tourism.At the same time,the paper tries to put forward some suggestions on the in-depth integrated development of Bayannur’s cultural tourism so as to provide decision-making basis for the high-quality development of Bayannur’s tourism industry in the Yellow River basin.
