学分银行服务职业教育路径分析

摘要 学分银行服务职业教育已然是我国教育事业发展的重要战略。在学分银行建设面临众多挑战的背景下,要厘清制约职业教育学分银行建设中现实存在的三个困境——缺乏统一的职业教育学分标准体系、缺乏灵活弹性的学分制体系、缺乏统一有效的学分存储转化平台系统。突破学分银行服务职业教育的现实壁垒,应重点从六条路径融冰破题,包括:加强理论、实践研究;建立职业教育资历框架;探索学分制改革;完善信息服务平台功能;参与1+X证书制度试点;提高实体学分银行的宣传力度。 Credit bank serviced career education has become a critical strategic component of educational development in China.Amidst numerous challenges in the construction of credit banks,it is essential to address three key dilemmas that hinder the development of career education credit banks:the lack of a unified vocational education credit standard system,the absence of a flexible and adaptable credit system,and the deficiency of a unified and effective credit storage and conversion platform system.To overcome these obstacles and break through the practical barriers in credit bank services for career education,the focus should be on six pathways,including strengthening theoretical and practical research,establishing a vocational education qualification framework,exploring credit system reforms,enhancing the functionality of information service platforms,participating in the 1+X certificate pilot program and boosting the promotion efforts of physical credit banks.
