Digital Economy,Corporate Culture and Corporate Innovation Capability

文化等非正式制度能够潜移默化地影响企业创新决策行为,并深刻改变着数字经济创新效应发挥的内在机制。利用2011—2020年我国上市公司数据,从文化视角分析了数字经济影响企业创新能力的内在机理。研究发现:数字经济有利于提升企业创新能力;数字经济可以通过增强企业创新文化和合作文化来提升企业创新能力;数字经济对企业创新能力的提升作用在非国有企业、低耗能行业、信息化程度低和市场化程度高的地区更明显,而在数字经济行业提升作用主要表现在创新投入上,在非数字经济行业主要表现在创新产出上。

Informal institutions such as culture can exert a subtle influence on the innovation decision-making behaviors of an enterprise and profoundly change the intrinsic mechanisms by which the innovation effects of the digital economy are brought into play.Using the data of listed companies in China from 2011 to 2020,we analyzed the intrinsic mechanism of the digital economy affecting the innovation capability of enterprises from the perspective of culture.It is found that the digital economy is conducive to enhancing enterprise innovation capability,the digital economy can enhance enterprise innovation capability by heightening enterprise innovation culture and cooperation culture;the enhancement effect of the digital economy on enterprise innovation capability is more obvious in non-state-owned enterprises,low energy-consuming industries,and regions with low informatization and high marketization,while the enhancement effect in digital economy industries is mainly manifested in innovation inputs,and in non-digital economy industries the improvement effect is mainly shown in the innovation output.
