中国共产党“中华民族共同体”话语的演进脉络及构建逻辑

The Evolution Trace and Construction Logic of the CPC’s Discourse of “Chinese Nation Community”

“中华民族共同体”是中国共产党话语体系中的重要概念,但学界对这一概念的理解存在简单化之嫌,不利于在理论和实践层面推进中华民族共同体建设。中国共产党“中华民族共同体”话语的形成与发展分为初步酝酿、内涵延展与成熟定型三个阶段。初步酝酿时期党虽没有直接使用“中华民族共同体”这一表述,但相似话语表达了中华民族共同体的观念。“中华民族共同体”话语正式提出是1990年,主要在统战工作语境中使用,进入21世纪以后,这一话语被广泛使用,其内涵实现从单一到复合的发展。党的十八大以后,“中华民族共同体”话语愈发重要并逐渐成熟定型。中国共产党“中华民族共同体”话语的构建,一是为了澄清对“中华民族”的认知误区,塑造社会共识;二是增进共同体认同,为实现中华民族伟大复兴凝聚力量;三是讲好中国之治的故事,提升国际话语权。

“Chinese nation community” is an important concept in the discourse system of the CPC.However,there tends to be oversimplification in the academic understanding of this concept.This tendency is not conducive to promoting the construction of the Chinese nation community in theory and practice.The formation and development of “Chinese nation community” discourse of the CPC is divided into three stages,namely,preliminary brewing stage,connotation extension stage and maturity stage.Although the CPC did not directly use the expression “Chinese nation community” in the preliminary incubation period,similar words were used to express this concept.The discourse of “Chinese nation community” was formally put forward in 1990,mainly used in the context of united front work.Ever since the entrance into the 21st century,this discourse has been widely used,and its connotation has undergone the development from single to compound.After the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the discourse of “Chinese nation community” became increasingly important and gradually mature into a set phrase.The construction of the “Chinese nation community” discourse of the CPC is firstly to clarify the misunderstanding of the “Chinese nation” and shape the social consensus and secondly,to enhance community identity and pool strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and thirdly,to well narrate the story of China's governance and enhance our discourse power internationally.
