从王旭高治肝三十法浅谈从肝论治眼病

A Brief Discussion on the Treatment of Ophthalmopathy from Liver Based on WANG Xugao's Thirty Methods of Treating Liver

中医学认为肝与目在生理、病理方面均联系密切,因此,从肝论治眼病的方剂数目庞大,但目前中医眼科书籍多以病名为纲辨证分型论治,少有从病机出发分析眼科疾病的辨治方法。清代著名医家王旭高在《西溪书屋夜话录》中,分别从肝气、肝火、肝风、肝虚4个方面提出治肝三十法,其中多数治法和方药亦可运用于眼科中。本文结合其治肝方法分析中医眼科治疗思路,旨在帮助临床中对眼科疾病更好地遣方用药。

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that liver is closely related to the physiology and pathology of eye,so there are a large number of prescriptions for the treatment of ophthalmopathy from liver.But at present,most ophthalmology books of TCM take the name of the disease as the outline,so as to treat according to the syndrome differentiation,and rarely analyze the treatment of ophthalmology from the pathogenesis.WANG Xugao,a famous physician in the Qing Dynasty,put forward thirty methods in the A record of the Night talk in Xixi Book House to treat liver from four aspects:Liver Qi,liver fire,liver wind and liver deficiency,most of which can also be used in Ophthalmology of TCM.This article combines its liver treatment method with an analysis of treatment principles in Ophthalmology of TCM,aiming to assist clinicians in better prescribing medications for ophthalmic diseases.
