创面敷料是一类用于覆盖创面的医用敷料,不仅能够吸收创面渗出液,保护创面不受感染,还能提供清创、阻菌、防黏、促进愈合等附加功能。为在临床治疗创面时能够针对不同阶段创面选用不同功能的敷料,实现创面的高效愈合,从材料结构、制备方法、特点等方面简述了近年来水胶体敷料、薄膜类敷料、水凝胶敷料、泡沫敷料、海藻酸盐敷料等新型创面敷料的特性及研究进展,并展望了功能性敷料的未来发展趋势。

Wound dressings are a type of medical dressings used to cover wounds.They not only absorb traumatic exudates and protect the wound from infection,but also provide additional functions such as debridement,bacterial barrier,anti-adhesion and healing promotion.In order to be able to choose different functional dressings flexibly for different stages of wounds in clinical lreatment and achieve efficient healing of wounds,the characteristics and research progress of new wound dressings such as hydrocolloid dressings,film dressings,hydrogel dressings,foam dressings and alginate dressings are brielly reviewed from the aspects of material structure,preparation method and characteristics in recent years,and the future development trend of functional dressings is also prospected.
