摘要
采用聚碳化二亚胺UN557和EDC/NHS体系低温胶脱剂,用氧气低温等离子体处理聚乳酸(PLA)无纺布,接枝丝胶蛋白,选用阳离子金黄X-8GL、阳离子红GRL、亚甲基蓝对处理后的PLA无纺布进行染色。结合上染率和纤维强力的变化,确定低温等离子体预处理最优工艺,最后对丝胶蛋白/PLA的接枝效果与抗菌、抗氧化功能进行综合性评价。结果表明:氧气等离子体在功率250 W、放电时间180 s、进气量300 mL/min的条件下处理效果最佳;EDC/NHS体系交联的接枝效果优于聚碳化二亚胺UN557;制备的丝胶蛋白/PLA无纺布具有良好的抗氧化和抗菌性能。
Two kinds of low temperature crosslinking agents(Polycarbodimide UN557 and EDC/NHS system)are used to treat polylactic acid(PLA)non-woven fabric grafted with sericin protein by oxygen low temperature plasma.The treated PLA non-woven fabric is then dyed with cationic golden yellow X-8GL,cationic red GRL and methylene blue.The optimal process of low temperature plasma pretreatment is determined by combining the changes in dyeing uptake and fiber strength.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the grafting effect of sericin protein/PLA and its antibacterial and antioxidant functions.The results show that the oxygen plasma has the best treatment effect under the conditions of power 250 W,discharge time 180 s and air intake 300 mL/min.The grafting effect of EDC/NHS system crosslinking is better than that of polycarbodimide UN55.The prepared sericin protein/PLA non-woven fabric has good antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
