PVA/BC/LiCl复合水凝胶的制备及性能

Preparation of polyvinyl alcohol/bacterial cellulose/lithium chloride hydrogel and its properties

摘要 为了探讨聚乙烯醇(PVA)/细菌纤维素(BC)/氯化锂(LiCl)复合水凝胶的制备及性能,以PVA作为水凝胶基质材料,BC作为增强材料,LiCl为导电物质,甘油-水混合物为溶剂采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了PVA/BC/LiCl复合水凝胶材料,并对水凝胶材料的形貌结构、力学性能和电导率进行测试。结果表明:加入BC可以有效提高水凝胶的力学性能,加入LiCl可以明显提高水凝胶的电导率;PVA/BC/LiCl复合水凝胶具有良好的导电性能和力学性能。 In order to explore the preparation and properties of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/bacterial cellulose(BC)/Lithium chloride(LiCl)hydrogel,PVA/BC/LiCl hydrogel materials are prepared by sol-gel method with polyvinyl alcohol as hydrogel matrix material,bacterial cellulose as reinforcement material,Lithium chloride as conductive material,and glycerol water mixture as solvent.The morphology,structure,mechanical properties and conductivity of the hydrogel materials are tested.The results show that the addition of bacterial cellulose can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the hydrogel,and the addition of Lithium chloride can significantly improve the conductivity of the hydrogel.The PVA/BC/LiCl composite hydrogel has both good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties.
