健康教育清单在扁桃体切除术患儿围术期护理中的运用

Application of health education checklist in perioperative nursing of children undergoing tonsillectomy

目的 探讨健康教育清单护理在扁桃体切除术患儿围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月扁桃体切除术患儿围术期108例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组54例。对照组行常规护理,观察组实施健康教育清单护理,比较两组干预前后围术期患儿心理反应、疼痛感、临床症状改善时间、住院时间、遵医行为率、并发症发生率及家长满意率。结果 干预前,两组儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SCAS总评分及24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分较对照组下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组遵医行为率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛、鼻翼煽动、睡眠呼吸粗重消退时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育清单护理能有效减轻扁桃体切除术患儿围术期焦虑情绪及疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,有效缩短患儿康复时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education checklist nursing in perioperative nursing care of children undergoing tonsillectomy.Methods To select 108 perioperative patients undergoing tonsillectomy from August 2021 to August 2022,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 54 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received health education checklist care.The psychological reactions,pain,clinical symptom improvement time,hospitalization time,compliance rate,complication incidence rate,and parental satisfaction rate of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in total score of Spence children's anxiety scale(SCAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total SCAS score and 24-hour visual analogue scale score of the observation group decreased compared to the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter time for pain,nasal alar agitation,sleep apnea to subside,and hospitalization compared to the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education checklist nursing can effectively reduce perioperative anxiety and pain in children undergoing tonsillectomy,reduce the incidence of complications,and effectively shorten the recovery time of children.
