早产儿父母照护能力现状调查及影响因素分析

Investigation on the current situation of care ability of parents of premature infants and analysis of infl uencing factors

目的 了解早产儿父母照护能力现状,并进行影响因素分析,为早产儿父母赋能提供参考依据。方法 选取2022年6—10月在广西某三级甲等综合性医院新生儿科住院的75名早产儿父母进行问卷调查,调查的内容为早产儿父母一般人口学资料及过渡期早产儿父母照护能力。结果 早产儿父母照护能力平均得分为109.91±17.41分,处于量表分值区间35~175分,62.81的百分位水平。多因素分析显示,育儿经验、家庭月收入是早产儿父母照护能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 影响早产儿父母照护能力的因素为早产儿父母育儿经验以及家庭月收入。医护人员应重视早产儿父母的照护能力,帮助早产儿顺利地从医院到家庭的过渡,保障早产儿在家庭中的生存质量,促进早产儿的生长发育。

Objective To understand the current situation of care ability of parents of premature infants and analyze infl uencing factors,providing reference basis for empowering parents of premature infants.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 75 parents of premature infants who were hospitalized in the neonatal department of a tertiary A general hospital in Guangxi from June to October 2022.The survey included general demographic data of premature infant parents and their care abilities during the transitional period.Results The average score of parental care ability for premature infants was 109.91±17.41 points,within the range of 35-175 points on the scale,at the 62.81 percentile level.Multivariate analysis showed that the parenting experience and monthly family income were the infl uencing factors of parental care ability for premature infants(P<0.05).Conclusion The parenting experience and monthly family income were the infl uencing factors of parental care ability for premature infants.Medical staff should pay attention to the care ability of parents of premature infants,help them transition smoothly from hospital to family,ensure their quality of life in the family,and promote their growth and development.
