摘要
目的 分析基于保护动机理论的自我管理模式结合基于交互分析模型的团体教育应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者对其血糖水平、母婴结局及自护能力的影响。方法 择取江南大学附属医院在2021年1月—2022年1月纳入治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组给予基于保护动机理论的自我管理,观察组于对照组基础上实施交互分析模式下的团体式教育模式,比较两组患者血糖水平、母婴结局及自护能力。结果 干预后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白及餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇及婴儿不良结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者自护能力水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组自我概念、自我技能、自我责任感、健康知识水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对GDM患者实施交互分析模式团体教育可有效改善患者血糖水平及母婴结局,并可提升其自护能力。
Objective To analyze the influence of the self-management model based on the protective motivation theory combined with the group education based on the interactive analysis model on the blood sugar level,maternal and infant outcomes and self-care ability of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods The patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given self-management based on the theory of protective motivation,while the observation group implemented a group education model under interactive analysis mode on the basis of the control group.The blood sugar levels,maternal and infant outcomes,and self-care abilities of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the level of self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the self-concept,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,and health knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing interactive analysis group education for GDM patients can effectively improve their blood sugar levels and maternal and infant outcomes,as well as enhance their self-care ability.
