基于健康行为过程理论护理模式在外伤性牙缺失即刻种植患者中的应用

Application of health action process approach based nursing model in immediate implantation patients with traumatic tooth loss

目的 探讨外伤性牙缺失即刻种植患者予以基于健康行为过程(HAPA)理论护理模式的效果及对其咀嚼功能的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月医院接收的外伤性牙缺失患者80例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征均衡可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以HAPA理论护理模式。比较两组的自我管理能力、并发症发生情况、咀嚼功能、牙齿美学效果。结果 干预后,观察组的自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复后6个月时的咀嚼效率、咬合力均比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复后6个月时的软组织美学指数(PES)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 外伤性牙缺失患者予以HAPA理论护理可有效提升其自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率,进一步提升咀嚼功能及美学效果。

Objective To explore the effect of health action process approach(HAPA)based nursing model on immediate implantation patients with traumatic tooth loss and its impact on their chewing function.Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic tooth loss admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of balanced and comparable basic characteristics between the groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received HAPA theoretical care mode to compare the self-management ability,incidence of complications,chewing function,and aesthetic effects of teeth between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The chewing effi ciency and bite force of the observation group at 6 months after repair were higher than those of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The pink esthetic score(PES)score of the observation group at 6 months after repair was higher than that of the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion HAPA theoretical nursing for patients with traumatic tooth loss can effectively improve their self-management ability,reduce the incidence of complications,and further enhance chewing function and aesthetic effects.
