老年患者无痛胃镜检查期间无缝隙护理配合模式的效果

Effect of seamless nursing cooperation model during painless gastroscopy examination in elderly patients

目的 探讨无缝隙护理配合管理模式在老年患者无痛胃镜检查期间的应用效果。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年8月在医院行无痛胃镜检查的112例老年患者为研究对象,按照组间基本资料匹配的原则分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组在检查期间实施常规护理管理,观察组检查期间实施无缝隙护理配合管理,观察两组护理前后的心理状态和生命体征合格率、检查期间的不良反应及对护理的满意程度。结果 检查后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、孤独、愤怒和总体心理状况评分低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);检查前后两组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意程度优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年患者无痛胃镜检查期间应用无缝隙护理配合管理模式能够改善患者的不良心理状态,稳定患者的生命体征,减少检查不良反应的发生,提高患者对护理的满意程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of seamless nursing cooperation management model during painless gastroscopy examination in elderly patients.Methods To select 112 elderly patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in hospitals from May 2020 to August 2021 as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of matching basic data between groups,with 56 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management during the examination period,while the observation group implemented seamless nursing cooperation management during the examination period.The psychological status and qualifi ed rate of vital signs before and after nursing,adverse reactions during the examination period,and satisfaction with nursing were observed in both groups.Results After the examination,the observation group had lower scores of anxiety,depression,loneliness,anger,and overall psychological status than the control group,and the diff erences between the groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence in the qualifi ed rates of heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,respiratory rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups of patients before and after the examination(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the diff erence between the groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing cooperation management model during painless gastroscopy examination in elderly patients can improve their adverse psychological state,stabilize their vital signs,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve their satisfaction with nursing.
