以“党群同心、军民情深、水乳交融、生死与共”为基本内涵的沂蒙精神是中国共产党精神谱系的重要组成部分。沂蒙精神具有特定内涵,同时也具备与时俱进、包容并蓄的特质。沂蒙精神是开放和包容的,进入新时代必然要有新的发展,也必然呈现出新的特点。要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的世界观和方法论,铸就“新时代沂蒙精神”的理论根基;要坚持将马克思主义基本原理与具体实践相结合,不断提炼概括现代化建设新实践中创造的新经验,构筑“新时代沂蒙精神”的实践基础;要坚持马克思主义建党学说,弘扬伟大建党精神,锤炼“新时代沂蒙精神”的党性品格;要坚持马克思主义基本原理与包含齐鲁文化在内的中华优秀传统文化相结合,塑造“新时代沂蒙精神”的文化底色。

The Yimeng spirit with the basic connotation of“the unity of the Party and the masses,the deep feelings between the military and the people,the harmony of life and death”is an important part of the spiritual pedigree of the CPC.The Yimeng spirit has specific connotations,but also possesses the characteristics as keeping up with the times and being inclusive and reserved.The Yimeng spirit is open and inclusive,and new development and characteristics are required by the times.People must adhere the worldview and methodology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in new era to lay the theoretical foundation of the“Yimeng spirit of the new era”.People must adhere to the combination of basic principles of Marxism with specific practice,continuously refine and summarize new experiences created in the new practice of modernization construction,and build the practical foundation of the“Yimeng Spirit in the New Era”.People must adhere to the Marxist theory of the Party building,promote the great spirit of the Party building,and refine the Party spirit and character of the“Yimeng Spirit in the New Era”.People must adhere to combine basic principles of Marxism with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,including Qilu culture,to shape the cultural background of the“Yimeng spirit in the new era”.
