猫泛白细胞减少症病毒(Feline panleukopenia virus,FPLV),又称为猫瘟病毒、猫细小病毒(Feline parvovirus,FPV)或猫传染性肠炎病毒,具有很强的传播性,变异快,分布广,会导致猫科和部分其他科的动物突然发病并且精神沉郁、体温上升、出血性肠炎、腹泻、呕吐、白细胞显著减少等。各年龄的猫都能感染猫细小病毒,其中幼龄猫最为易感。猫瘟可以发生在各个季节,其中秋冬季节更常见。该病会造成猫养殖行业的严重经济损失。近年来,由于猫细小病毒导致严重疫情的相关报道越来越多,猫细小病毒也越发引起大家的关注。本文从病原学特征、流行病学、临床特征、病理特征、临床检测方法、治疗和预防等方面对FPV进行了综述,以期为猫泛白细胞减少症病毒疫苗的研制提供理论基础。

Feline panleukopenia virus(FPLV),also known as feline plague virus,feline parvovirus(FPV)and feline infectious enteritis virus,with strong transmissibility,rapid mutation and wide distribution,can cause sudden onset of feline and some non-feline animals,resulting in depression,hemorrhagic enteritis,vomiting,diarrhea,high fever and panleukopenia.Cats of all ages can be infected with FPV,while kittens between 3 and 6 months are most vulnerable to infection.The disease occurs in every season,especially in autumn and winter.However,feline plague is a serious disease in cat breeding,which may cause death of a large number of cats and lead to great economic losses.In recent years,feline parvovirus has attracted more and more attention due to more and more reports of serious epidemic caused by it.This article reviews FPV from the aspects of etiological characteristics,epidemiology,clinical features,pathological features,clinical detection methods,treatment and prevention,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of feline panleukopenia virus vaccine.
