摘要
针对“双碳”目标,为深入推进江苏绿色食品产业实现绿色低碳循环发展目标,实现更高质量发展。本研究以我国农业大省江苏作为主要研究对象,基于绿色食品供给侧,分别从认证、种养两个维度考察江苏绿色食品产业发展现状及存在的主要问题。结果发现,目前江苏绿色食品产业依旧存在“化学农业”生产模式、缺乏规模效应、龙头品牌产品引领不足等一些不容忽视的问题。政府及相关部门应从强化绿色食品产业供给侧改革,打造产业创新集群,推进认证体系建设,健全绿色食品价值补偿机制等方面提升江苏绿色食品产业发展的质量,加快向“绿色低碳”转型。
Aiming at the goal of"double carbon",in order to further promote the green food industry in Jiangsu to achieve the goal of green and low carbon cycle development,and achieve higher quality development.This study takes Jiangsu,a maj or agricultural province in China,as the main research object.Based on the supply side of green food,it examines the current development status and main problems of Jiangsu s green food industry from two dimensions:certification and cultivation.The results showed that there are still some issues that cannot be ignored in the green food industry in Jiangsu,such as the"chemical agriculture"production model still being implemented,the lack of scale effect,and the insufficient leadership of leading brand products.The government and relevant departments should strengthen the supply side reform of the green food industry,create industrial innovation clusters,promote the construction of certification systems,and improve the compensation mechanism for the value of green food to improve the quality of the development of Jiangsu's green food industry,and accelerate the transition to"green and low-carbon".
