产品设计与交互设计在医疗器械中的运用——以输液架为例

摘要 目的:目的是探究一种新型输液架对减缓重症疾病患者因需要长期反复静脉穿刺输注化疗药物所带来的心理不适及生理不便的作用,同时帮助护士简化输液流程,加强护理风险管制。方法:收集到的相关数据资料和医院实地调查取得的信息,建立假设,从功能性出发,对输液架使用舒适度,适用环境、医疗操作便捷度、医患满意度这几个角度在原有材料的基础上进行改造和创新。结果:在现有资料的基础上对输液架的外观进行了再设计,重新定义输液模式,增加了能够与医疗信息交互的治疗系统,列出两套实现非重力输液的增压方案,以效果图展示的方式模拟人工使用场景。结论:该输液器符合人文关怀产品,公开了一种便携式输液器、控制系统及控制方法。对传统输液架出现的问题进行了改善和重新设计。有效降低病患输液过程中,由输液器带来的不适感以及输液护理中的困难,同时帮助护理人员更好地照顾到每一位患者的需求,其自带系统可进行二维码扫描,使输液信息可视化,患者及护士都能够实时监测输液进程,病患身心状况等,提高护理效率,目前还未在临床上使用。 Objective:The purpose is to explore the effect of a new type of infusion stand on alleviating the psychological discomfort and physiological inconvenience caused by the need for long-term repeated intravenous infusion of chemotherapy drugs in critically ill patients,while helping nurses simplify the infusion process and strengthen nursing risk control.Method:Based on the collected relevant data and information obtained from hospital field investigations,establish hypotheses,and from the perspective of functionality,transform and innovate the use comfort,applicable environment,medical operation convenience,and doctor-patient satisfaction of the infusion stand from the original materials.On the basis of existing data,the appearance of the infusion stand has been redesigned,the infusion mode has been redefined,and a treatment system that can interact with medical information has been added.Two pressurization schemes for non gravity infusion have been listed,and artificial usage scenarios have been simulated through renderings.Conclusion:The infusion device conforms to the humanistic care product and discloses a portable infusion device,control system,and control method.We have improved and redesigned the traditional infusion stand to effectively reduce the discomfort caused by the infusion set and the difficulties in infusion care for patients during the infusion process.At the same time,we have helped nursing staff better take care of the needs of each patient.Its built-in system can perform QR code scanning,making infusion information visible.Both patients and nurses can monitor the infusion process,patient physical and mental conditions,and improve nursing efficiency,which has not been used clinically currently.
