廉政治理是现代化国家法治化和民主化的要求,现代化国家均具有很高的廉政治理水平。中国式现代化具有世界上所有国家现代化的一般特征,同样,中国式现代化也应当是建立在高度廉洁之上的现代化。因此,探讨廉政治理赋能中国式现代化的内在机理和实践向度,具有十分重要的理论价值与实践意义。从内在机理上看,廉政治理不仅可以锻造中国式现代化的领导力量--中国共产党,而且能强化中国式现代化的五大特征,促进人口大国文明程度的提升,促进共同富裕,促进物质文明与精神文明协调发展,促进人与自然和谐共生,促进和平发展。从实践向度上看,应建立青少年廉洁教育长效机制,多维度防范党员干部被利益集团和权势团体围猎,构筑全面渗透社会生活的新时代廉洁文化,持续治理生态环境领域的不正之风和腐败问题,运用中国特色廉政哲学指导和平发展,从而推动廉政治理赋能中国式现代化。

The internal mechanism and practical dimension of corruption control enabling Chinese modernization is the requirement of the rule of law and democratization of modern countries.All the modernized countries have a high degree of integrity.Chinese modernization has the general characteristics of the modernization of all countries in the world.Similarly,Chinese modernization should also be based on a high degree of integrity.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to explore the internal mechanism and practical dimension of corruption control enabling Chinese modernization.From the perspective of internal mechanism,corruption control can not only forge the leadership of Chinese modernization,but also strengthen the five characteristics of Chinese modernization,promote the civilization of a populous country,common prosperity,the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and peaceful development.From a practical perspective,we should establish a long-term mechanism for youth integrity education,prevent Party members and cadres from being hunted by interest groups and powerful groups in a multi-dimensional way,build a clean culture in the new era that fully permeates social life,continue to tackle unhealthy practices and corruption in the field of ecological environment,adhere to the philosophy of clean government with Chinese characteristics to guide peaceful development,so as to promote integrity and enable Chinese modernization.
