安徽省数字经济与区域协调发展耦合协同研究

A collaborative study on the coupling and coordination of digital economy and regional coordinated development in Anhui Province

基于2010—2019年安徽省16个地级市的面板数据,利用熵权法分别测算数字经济和区域协调发展的水平,并运用耦合协同模型测度数字经济和区域协调发展的耦合协调度,从时间、区域、空间三个角度对两者的耦合关系进行分析,用莫兰指数及局部莫兰指数测度两者时空协同发展状况。研究结果表明:各城市间数字经济发展和区域协调发展指数呈明显上升趋势,但城市间仍存在不同程度的差距;各城市数字经济与区域协调发展的耦合协同水平持续增强,均已达到初级协调及以上水平;数字经济与区域协调发展耦合协同呈现显著的空间集聚性及空间正相关性,且皖南>皖北>皖中。基于上述结论,从加快安徽省数字经济建设协同发展、建立数字经济差异化发展机制、加强数字经济规划管理和政策统筹等方面提出建议。

Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019,the entropy weight method is used to measure the level of digital economy and regional coordinated development respectively,and the coupling coordination degree of digital economy and regional coordinated development is measured by the coupling cooperation model,and the coupling relationship between the two was analyzed from three perspectives:time,region and space.The results show that:the index for digital economic development and regional coordinated development among cities showed a clear upward trend,but there were still gaps at different levels among cities;The level of coupling and coordination between the digital economy and regional coordinated development in various cities has been continuously enhanced,reaching the level of primary coordination and above;The coupling and synergy between digital economy and regional coordinated development show significant spatial agglomeration and positive spatial correlation,followed by southern Anhui,northern Anhui,and central Anhui.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions have been put forward to accelerate the coordinated development of digital economy construction in Anhui province,establish the differentiated development mechanism of digital economy,and strengthen the planning management and policy coordination of digital economy.
