Discussion on the Similarities and Differences of Budgeting Methods in Different Industries

我国的概预算编制办法是根据不同行业工程特点分别制定和管理的,加之不同行业建设模式、概预算费用组成内容等都不尽相同,因此造成各行业概算编制办法有较大差异。本文主要列举铁路、公路、市政、轨道交通等四个行业概预算编制办法,对比它们异同点,分析原因并给出合理化建议。

The budgeting method of our country is formulated and managed according to different industries,and the construction mode and the composition of the budgeting cost of different industries are not the same,so there are great differences in the budgeting method of various industries.In this paper,railway,highway,municipal,rail transit and other four industries budget budgeting methods,compare their similarities and differences,analyze the reasons and give reasonable suggestions.
