摘要
本文依托于山东某高铁枢纽动走线箱梁架设工程,对既有城际铁路的双线简支箱梁拆除利用进行方案研究,包括方案I不利用旧梁,新建梁方案;方案II利用旧梁方案。从施工组织可行性和工程经济性两方面进行综合比选后,确定采用旧梁利用方案。重点介绍架桥机拆架梁、运梁车运梁、龙门吊提梁等旧梁利用的施工过程,同时对利用旧梁方案运梁架设通道建立、旧梁吊装、运输、架设、利用旧梁的相邻孔处理、线路恢复等方面进行了详细阐述,可为类似旧梁利用拆运架工程的施工组织提供技术支撑。
Based on the installation project of the movable track box girder at a high-speed railway hub in Shandong,this paper conducts a scheme study on the demolition and utilization of the existing double track simply supported box girder for the existing intercity high-speed railway,including two schemes:Scheme I does not use the existing girder,a new double track bridge,and Scheme II uses the existing girder to transport to the movable track double track section.After comprehensive comparison and selection from two aspects of construction organization feasibility and engineering economy,the existing beam utilization scheme is adopted,focusing on the construction process of existing beam utilization such as beam erection by bridge erecting machine,beam transport vehicle,and gantry crane lifting beam.At the same time,the construction process of beam demolition and existing beam erection channel construction,existing beam hoisting,transportation,installation,utilization of adjacent holes of existing beams,and line restoration are described in detail,It can provide technical guidance for the construction organization of similar existing beam utilization,transportation,and erection projects.
