随着我国经济社会的发展,工程建设项目的造价咨询管理水平也在不断提高。全过程造价咨询作为近些年逐渐兴起的造价咨询模式,开始在城际铁路项目中得到应用。本文以广东省某城际铁路全过程造价咨询项目为依托,以咨询公司视角,在分析了全过程造价咨询特点的基础上,对城际铁路全过程造价咨询项目各阶段的工作要点进行探究与分析,为类似项目提供借鉴。

With the development of society and economy,the level of consulting and management of the construction project is also improving.The whole process cost consulting,as a cost consulting mode gradually emerging in recent years,has been applied in intercity railway projects.Based on a whole process cost consulting project of an intercity railway in Guangdong Province,from the perspective of a consulting company,after analyzing the characteristics of the whole process cost consulting project,this paper explores and analyzes the key points of the work in each stage of the whole process cost consulting project of intercity railway,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
