摘要
青少年学生健康素养培育成为关注的焦点,在手机管理等“五项管理”背景下,对健康素养、青少年健康素养概念进行界定,通过对新时代家庭、学校、社会“三位一体”青少年学生健康素养培养模式内涵及价值进行解析,构建家庭、学校、社会“三位一体”青少年学生健康素养培育架构及运行模式,通过学校—家庭、社会—学校、家庭—社会间的协同联动对青少年学生健康教育、体质健康促进、营养与食品卫生管理,共同实施心理健康教育,共助青少年形成健康生活方式与行为,全面提升青少年学生健康素养,以期为青少年学生健康发展提供借鉴。
The cultivation of health literacy among adolescent students has become a major concern.Under the background of"five management"such as mobile phone management,the concepts of health literacy and adolescent health literacy are defined.Through the analysis of the connotation and value of the"trinity"of family,school and society in the new era,the structure and operation mode of"trinity"of family,school and society in the cultivation of adolescent students'health literacy are constructed.Through school-family,society-school and family-society coordination,health education,physical health promotion,nutrition and food hygiene management for adolescent students are jointly implemented to implement mental health education,jointly help adolescents form healthy lifestyles and behaviors,and comprehensively improve their health literacy,in order to provide references for the healthy development of adolescent students.
