摘要
工程实践创新项目(EPIP)强调将“真实”的生产和服务场景以及“完整”的生产和服务项目融入职业教育的专业建设、课程建设与日常教学中。鲁班工坊作为中国职业教育走向国际化的知名品牌,EPIP是其核心内容和理论支撑。文章讨论了在后疫情时代传统形式国际职教交流合作受阻的背景下,EPIP教学模式开发的新方法,EPIP在非洲受援国本土化可持续发展的新经验,以及“岗课赛证融通”模式国际化推广的新举措。埃塞俄比亚鲁班工坊的建设经验证明了EPIP教学理论在充分结合当地国情、教情的基础上可以有效提高教学质量和人才培养水平。
The teaching model of Engineering Practice Innovation Project(EPIP)emphasizes the integration of"real"production and service scenarios as well as"complete"production and service projects into the specialty construction,curriculum development,and daily teaching of vocational education.As a well-known brand in China's internationalization of vocational education,EPIP is the core content and theoretical support of Luban Workshop.The article discusses new methods of EPIP teaching model development,new experiences of EPIP localization and sustainable development in African recipient countries,and new measures for promoting the internationalization of the model of"integration of post,course,competition and certificate"under the background of the obstruction of traditional international vocational education exchanges and cooperation in the post-epidemic era.The construction experience of Ethiopia Luban Workshop has proven that the EPIP teaching theory can effectively improve teaching quality and talent cultivation level by fully integrating local national conditions and teaching conditions.
