摘要
探究以常一线馏分为原料进行加氢裂化生产化工原料的可行性,分别考察转化率、产品切割温度以及常一线馏分作为掺炼原料对加氢裂化产品分布与性质的影响。实验结果表明,不同转化率下产物分布与产品性质变化较大,综合考虑能耗、氢耗与产品性质等因素确定转化率40%时最佳;为不同生产路线的炼化企业提供的适宜的转化率与切割温度选择方案可达到灵活生产化工原料的生产目的。常一线馏分作为掺炼原料进行加氢裂化得到的蒸气裂解制乙烯原料收率可达90%以上,同时有效降低尾油的芳烃指数,增加乙烯装置的产品收率。
The feasibility of hydrocracking with straight-run jet fuel as raw feed oil to produce chemical raw materials was explored.And the effects of conversion,product cutting temperature and straight-run jet fue as blending feedstock on the distribution and properties of hydrocracking products were investigated.The experimental results show that the product distribution and product properties change greatly at different conversions,considering energy consumption,hydrogen consumption and product properties and other factors comprehensively,reaches the conclusion that the conversion depth is 40%best.The suitable conversion depth and cutting temperature selection scheme provided for refining and chemical enterprises with different production routescan achieve the production purpose of flexible production of chemical raw materials.The yield of steam cracking feedstock obtained by hydrocracking with straight-run jet fuel as blending feedstock reaches above 90%,at the same time,the bureau of mines correlation index of unconverted oil can be effectively reduced and the product yield of ethylene plant can be increased.
